Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or enrolling in any program, membership, session, or retreat offered by Liana Hakim ("I," "me," "my"), including but not limited to Momentum Room, 1:1 Power Sessions, and retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program & Membership Access

Momentum Room: Your enrollment grants access for the six week duration of the program from your round's start date, including all live calls, resources, and group access listed on the sales page for your round.

Retreats: Your booking secures your place at the specific retreat dates and inclusions listed at the time of purchase. Access to any pre or post retreat materials is included only where stated at booking.

1:1 Power Sessions: Single sessions are booked and delivered as described at the time of purchase. Session packs must be used within the following windows from the date of purchase: 4 session packs within 6 months, and 10 session packs within 12 months. Sessions not used within these windows are forfeited.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are in Euros (EUR).

If paying via instalments (including Momentum Room's 3 monthly payment option, or a 1:1 session pack), payments are processed on the agreed schedule. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.

All purchases across Momentum Room, 1:1 Power Sessions, and Retreats are final and non-refundable, except where a mandatory withdrawal right applies under Dutch or EU consumer law (see Section 3 below). This work is coaching, not a fixed deliverable. What you get from your time with me depends on the commitment and work you bring to it, it isn't something I can hand back if you change your mind partway through.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are purchasing as a consumer based in the EU or Netherlands, your purchase is subject to a mandatory 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period under the Dutch Civil Code (Book 6, articles 230o–230z), implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, unless one of the following applies:

Your 1:1 Power Session, Momentum Room round, or retreat is booked for a specific date or time, and that date falls within the 14-day period; or You have expressly requested that your session, program, or retreat begin before the 14-day period ends, and you have acknowledged, at the time of purchase, that you lose your right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.

By completing your purchase and selecting a session date, program round, or retreat, you confirm that you are expressly requesting the service to begin on the date selected, where that date falls within 14 days of purchase, and that you understand this means your withdrawal right ends once that session, round, or retreat has been delivered.

Where your withdrawal right applies and you wish to use it, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Payments will be refunded in line with Dutch/EU consumer law where the right applies.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome, Financial or Otherwise

Nothing in any session, program, membership, or retreat constitutes a guarantee of specific results, including financial or business results. If you are engaging me in relation to your own business, I am not responsible for, and make no representation regarding, how much money you make. Any revenue, income, or business outcome remains entirely your own responsibility, and is the result of your own actions, decisions, and market conditions. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your own results.

5. Transfer & Cancellation

Momentum Room enrollments and Retreat bookings are non-transferable. Once a Momentum Room round or retreat has commenced, cancellations are not accepted, and full payment remains due as per your selected plan.

6. Conduct & Confidentiality

Momentum Room and any retreat are private, supportive spaces. You agree to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all participants. Recordings, materials, and conversations from Momentum Room or any retreat may not be shared or distributed without permission.
